Business Services Senior

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 (DOE)

As a Business Services Senior, you will play a central role in delivering a high-quality service to a varied portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporate entities. Day to day, you will prepare and review accounts, manage client relationships, and support junior members of the team, all within a collaborative and professionally stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Managing and developing strong client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
  • Overseeing the preparation of management accounts and associated reporting
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the accounts and business services department

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or working towards a professional qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines effectively
