Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients, ensuring high quality delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and tax professionals at varying levels
- Drive new business development and strengthen existing client relationships
- Oversee compliance and advisory work across accounts and tax, ensuring technical accuracy throughout
- Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified with substantial post qualification experience
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios and leading teams across business services and tax
- Strong commercial awareness and business development skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
